The world is evolving, and we must move with technology or be found not to be compliant with the wind flow. The advancement in technology has created an avenue for a need for digital transformation, which has created more jobs. Several of the well-paying and high-demand jobs are positions that were created within the last two decades. Investing in digital technology by partnering with the science and technology ministries at the state and federal levels will help create opportunities for our scholars as well as learners. I will sponsor our information technology trainees to get technical certifications while facilitating expert mentoring and I.C.T. training in programming, coding, software development, phone repairs, and hardware maintenance. The Provision of hardware, maintenance kits, take-off grants, and smart internet hubs will help the trainees get traction on their trade, thereby creating an environment for productivity and community development.
